Cancellation and reschedule policy when booking more than one meeting


If you are booking one meeting only, please read the piece at the end


No free cancellations - please let me know straight away (within one day) if you cannot make it to a meeting

  • It is not possible to cancel a booked meeting without paying for it, unless we decide to stop working together or if we have a different agreement.
  • If there is one month when you cannot find a suitable date, please book any date and let me know straight after the booking so that I will not approve it and you will not be charged for it. This means we will not meet for that month.


Rescheduling is possible within the same month

  • It is possible to reschedule sessions with 48 hours notice and the rescheduled session will need to be during the same month. This means that, if you reschedule a January session, this cannot be in February. The only exception is in case of a session was scheduled on the last week of the month, in which case it can be rescheduled during the first week of the following month.
  • If you need to reschedule, please email me. I will then send a link with my remaining availability. Should none of my availability be suitable, the session cannot be rescheduled and will be charged as if it had been cancelled.
  • Rescheduled sessions cannot be rescheduled again, and, therefore, will be fully charged.

  • It is possible to cancel the session without paying for it if I receive more than a 7-day notice - to do so, you can either use the link you receive in the confirmation email, or email me
  • It is possible to reschedule the session once with 48 hours notice.
  • Rescheduled sessions cannot be cancelled or rescheduled again, and, therefore, will be charged before being rescheduled
